Tenant Insurance: Proof of tenant insurance is required before signing the lease. The policy lists Michaels Management Services as a stakeholder. The policy requires a minimum liability of $10,000 per incident and a maximum deductible of $250.

Rent: Rent rates for roommates are set at BAH, based on rates for the highest-tier rooms in two-bedroom apartments.
